Directive For TCSPS To Register With The Centre

Trust and Company Service Providers (Certified Secretaries) are reporting institutions under Section 2 of the POCAMLA and are required to register with the Centre pursuant to Section 47A of the POCAMLA. Certified Secretaries hereby refers to all Company Secretaries in public practice and not those under employment.

The Centre hereby requires All Company Secretaries in public practice to register their firms with the Centre in compliance with Section 47A of POCAMLA by or before 15th April 2025.
