Real Estate Agencies Compliance Pack
The Financial Reporting Centre has developed real estate agencies compliance pack comprising of AML/CFT policy and procedures template which includes a risk assessment template and a fact sheet for real estate agencies to enhance AML/CFT compliance of the real estate agencies. The template will offer guidance to real estate agencies when preparing their AML/CFT policy and procedures but must be customized to address the unique operations of each agency. The documents will accelerate improved compliance with AML/CFT obligations in the Real Estate Sector in Kenya which will be tested during offsite and onsite inspections.
