Real Estate Agencies Registration With FRC
Guidance on submitting application for registration with the FRC to enable Real Estate Agencies meet the 14th November 2025 deadline of the directive to register with the FRC.
Note that registration is free of charge and is done online on the goAML platform via the link https://goaml.frc.go.ke
You are required to attach the following documents in the attachment section:
- Duly filled, signed and witnessed application form FRC RF 1-1 (template attached herein);
- EARB Certificate;
- Certificate of incorporation/registration;
- KRA PIN of the business;
- Organization structure/organogram; and
- List of estate agents (template attached herein).
