Directive For Registration -DPMSS and TCPSS

All reporting institutions are required to comply with the obligations of POCAMLA including the obligation to register with the Centre pursuant to Section 47A of the POCAMLA. In pursuit of its principal objective, the Centre hereby directs Trust and Company Services Providers and Dealers of Precious Metals and Dealers of Precious Stones to register with the Financial Reporting Centre in accordance with Section 47A of the POCAMLA.
Registration is online via the goAML platform using https://goAML.frc.go.ke link. Guidelines on registration and further information can be accessed on the Centre’s website www.frc.go.ke. Registration with the Centre should be submitted on the goAML platform by or before 30th April 2024.
